Mångfaldsarbete : En jämförelse mellan privata och offentliga sektorn

The aim of this thesis is to study whether social welfare secretaries experience occupational pride and what affects this feeling. Previously made research indicate that occupational pride is essential for performance and work-related health. Research has also shown that social welfare secretaries often experience unhealthiness due to working conditions and a lack of professional self-esteem.This thesis is based on four qualitative interviews which have focused especially on Critical incidents, according to the critical incident technique. This study has a hermeneutic, interpretative approach. As a theoretical framework, Pierre Bourdieu? s theory on social space and positions aswell as Aaron Antonovsky´s theory on Sence of coherence have been used. The result shows that the interviewed social welfare secretaries do experience occupational pride.

The construction business is one of the most accident prone businesses in Sweden. In order to make it safer it?s vital that all employees of a company report all accidents and incidents that occur. This report intends through qualitative interviews, to analyze the knowledge and attitude towards incident reporting among the employees of the Swedish construction contractor JM.The goal of the thesis work is to hopefully contribute to an increase of employees? awareness on those issues.

Tillbudsrapportering : Skillnaden mellan två arbetschefsgrupper

In autumn 2010, the Division of Civil Engineering at the Swedish building contractorPEAB made a campaign to increase the number of reported incidents. Informationwas sent to the branch manager who was responsible to enlighten the employees onthe establishment. The goal of PEAB Division of Civil Engineering is to have at least 10reported incidents per accident that generate more than 8 hours absence. Therefore,it is important that the employees understand how the report system for incidentsworks. The number of reported incidents differs between regions.

Bristfällig tillbudsrapportering : En sammanställning av attityder och kunskap kring tillbud inom Peab

The construction industry stands as one of the industries in Sweden where most employees tend to encounter accidents. At the same time, the Swedish authority of work environment estimates that there are large numbers of hidden statistics with accidents and incidents that never gets reported. To prevent accidents, the Swedish authority of work environment has decided that every company have to, beside report every accident and major incident to the authority of work environment, keep statistics and evaluate every incident that happens at their places of work.The people responsible for work environment at the Swedish building contractor Peab, believe that it is only a fraction of all incidents happening at their construction sites that actually gets reported. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reason why employees of Peab do not report incidents. By an inquiry and interviews with both craftsmen and office holders at Peab Bygg Öst 1, the employees? attitudes and knowledge have been studied and evaluated.The study shows that the craftsmen´s knowledge of incidents is relatively low.

Att "segla och navigera" med barnen : En lärares livsberättelse.

Vi har i detta arbete valt att djupintervjua en erfaren lärare och ta del av dennes livsberättelse. Den lärarforskning som bedrivits har i många fall fokuserat endast på lärarens praktiska arbete. För att förstå undervisningen till fullo, är det av vikt att också veta någonting om personen bakom arbetet, detta med tanke på att en persons erfarenheter sätter prägel på undervisningen. Vårt syfte med detta arbete har varit att genom livshistoriemetoden få förståelse för vilka avgörande händelser (så kallade Critical incidents) som påverkat en lärare under dennes lärargärning. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ ansats, där vi valt att observera och intervjua den berörda läraren.

Upplevelser av terapeuters allianspåverkan - Kritiska incidenter i psykoterapi

Enligt många psykoterapiforskare förklarar arbetsalliansen en stor del av variansen i behandlingsutfallet. Tidigare kvantitativ forskning anger att variationer av terapeutens egenskaper, personliga drag och interventionsteknik stärker eller hindrar arbetsalliansen. Denna undersöknings syfte var att explorativt undersöka terapipatienters egna uppfattningar av alliansförknippade faktorer. Nio patienter i pågående psykoterapi intervjuades med Critical incidents Technique. Tematisk analys resulterade i tre huvudkategorier av allianskopplade faktorer: Inom Stärkande faktorer betonades terapeutens strukturansvar, villkorslösa värme och respekt, auktoritet, förmåga till känslohantering och medvetandegörande.

Den pedagogiska måltiden : en jämförande studie av olika pedagogiska inriktningar

Syftet med studien är att få en djupare förståelse för hur lunchmåltiden ser ut på förskolor med olika pedagogiska inriktningar. Detta får vi genom att undersöka om man kan se spår av dessa under måltidssituationen. I studien tar vi även reda på vilka spår av Lpfö 98 som framkom under lunchsituationen. Incidenter på svenskt sjöterritorium : En analys av de åtgärder som vidtagits vid incidenter orsakade av Öst- respektive Västblocken under 1960-talet

Sweden has long been nonaligned in peace with the aim to remain neutral in the event of an outbreak of war. Building confidence for this neutrality was important for Sweden during the Cold War. This placed high demands on the Swedish Navy to detect and repel violations of Swedish territorial waters. The archives, which contain the secret reports on the violations that occurred during the 1960s, have recently been opened up.The purpose of this essay is to study how the incidents that took place in Swedish territorial waters in the 1960s were managed and to examine if the handling of them was different depending on whether they were caused by the east or west side. Furthermore, the aim is also to try to categorize and interpret these measures from the two pairs of concepts of deterrence and reassurance and integration and screening.In making it possible to answer the questions, all the reports - 66 altogether - which refers to the incidents which occurred during the years 1962 through 1969, have been studied.

Méthodes et Outils d?Analyse des Incidents

Au sein de la direction informatique RENAULT (DTSI), la plupart des chaînes d?assistance pour les utilisateurs des systèmes d?information, sont modélisées à travers un outil de gestion d?incident (ARS/GII-v2). La majorité des ces incidents est créée par le service des Centres d?Appels, Téléphonie et Visioconférence (DTSI/DSO/CATV). Selon leur complexité ou leur caractéristique, les incidents suivent un cycle de vie qui fait intervenir plusieurs équipes des chaînes d?assistance.
